Account Executive/ Sales

The Account Executive position is responsible for planning, developing and successfully executing annual sales plans. A proven history in forecasting sales, achieving sales quotas, generating demand and building customer relationships is required for this role, as is the ability to clearly communicate the solutions value of DRS products and services. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in technology solutions and consultative selling, as well as accomplished skills in prospecting and sales presentations.  If you are self-motivated, energetic, ambitious and have the necessary qualifications, here is your chance to join the DRS Sales and Marketing team. Excellent compensation and benefits package awaits the right individual.

Inside Sales Representative
Experienced professional for temp-to-hire engagement will be responsible for making outbound business to business sales calls for the purpose of creating leads, appointments and opportunities connected with our service offerings. We will provide the tools to help you succeed; a response-generating direct marketing campaign mailed prior to each call campaign, a complete list of prospects and leads, the necessary training to help you understand the product's strengths and functionality, and a full array of descriptive marketing materials. You, in turn, will be expected to achieve and exceed certain pre-defined goals.  Hourly wage is commensurate with job experience and bonuses can be earned by achieving measurable goal levels. Successful candidate must be PC proficient and have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook at a minimum. The position offers the possibility of continued employment as a full time DRS Account Executive.

Telesales
Experienced telesales professional responsible for making a specified number of calls per week to area businesses for the purpose of setting appointments connected with our service offerings. The successful candidate must have a proven track record setting business to business sales appointments by telephone. We will provide the tools to help you succeed; prospect lead lists, response-generating direct marketing campaigns, training to help you understand the product's strengths and functionality, and a full array of descriptive marketing materials. You, in turn, will be expected to achieve and exceed certain pre-defined goals.  Hourly wage is commensurate with job experience and bonuses can be earned by achieving measurable goal levels.
