August 15, 2011 Update -- A Recently Implemented Solution
Comprised of 3 modules from our DRS PDMA OneSource suite: DRS RepReview,
a Web-based reconciliation module that proactively reconciles prescription drug sample activity, DRS ComplianceView, a reporting application that uncovers risks in the field while they are happening, and DRS Web ImagView to provide real-time access to all archived images regardless of format or source. The combination is already paying dividends to our client who now has access to instantaneous reports on every sampling trend that can result in reportable regulatory and business rules offenses. October 15, 2011 Update -- New Customer Rollout
During the third quarter, DRS landed another client for the new PharmaSync®
5.0 platform… another client rolling out with iPads “IN RECORD TIME”... all performed in a super-tight timeframe of 60 days including the integration once
again of a number of PDMA OneSource products (see above).
PDMA Conference Update
Excitement abounded concerning the new PharmaSync 5.0 on iPad and the
integration into all PDMA OneSource Products as well as for the new DRS
Web Forms Application which replaces legacy paper ancillary forms.
PharmaSync® 5.0
This latest version of our patented data collection tool was developed not as a
software application but rather as a cloud-based service. It can function on or offline,
run on most OS platforms including Apple, Android, Symbian, Microsoft Windows 7
and BlackBerry and be deployed on any capacitive tablet or mobile device.
PharmaSync 5.0 is designed for pharmaceutical representatives’ product sampling
and accountability activities, as well as for health care providers who wish to request
product samples directly from the pharmaceutical company. It can be fully integrated
into any back-end system and any or all of DRS PDMA OneSource compliance,
sales, marketing, reconciliation and document management modules.
Late Breaking News…Over the past five quarters, the number of PharmaSync®
users grew over 350%. That number will now increase dramatically as DRS was
recently awarded a PharmaSync 5.0 contract from a major multi-national pharma-ceutical company.
DRS ClinDoc
Our goal for each and every one of our DRS clinical data management clients is to
reduce study completion times, increase quality and help maximize their patent protection windows. To do so we implement a series of processes ranging from the creation, distribution, and collection of all regulatory documentation relating to site initiation through to securing and completing access to submission documents via the
web. For a recent client acquisition, a mid-sized pharmaceutical company, we were
awarded a contract to complete their clinical document processing which includes our
DRS Web ImagView software offering, FDA audit processing and more.
Looking forward to 2012, we are well-positioned to sustain this upward trend and
ride out any economic uncertainty as we continue to expand into new markets, introduce new, leading-edge products and stay well ahead of the ever-advancing technology curve.
